Eucalyptus leaves essential oil

Running some D.I.C. essential oil extraction this week.

That white crystal is Methyl cinnamate, extracted from Eucalyptus leaves. We had never experienced such an essential oil. Strong, fruity odor, solid below 35°C.

Why use D.I.C. for essential oil extraction -> huge energy savings (about 6 times less for this white crystal extraction)
