New possibilities for the cheese industry

Dear Dairy industry,

Here is what you can do with the D.I.C. process on a cheese matrix: 
• Expand the structure 
• Sterilize the product and give it a near infinite shelf life (in case you might want to send some good cheese to colonize Mars with SpaceX) 
• Allow easy grinding / fantastic powders rehydration rate and water holding capacity 
• Create crispy and crunchy pure cheese snack
